Respondent violated Section 25189.5 of the Health and Safety Code by <br /> 2 disposing of hazardous wastes at the Facility which does not have a permit and <br /> 3 at unauthorized points. <br /> 4 3• Respondent violated Section 25159.6 of the Health and Safety Code by <br /> 5 failing to comply with the standards applicable to generators of hazardous <br /> 6 wastes as contained in Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 262. <br /> 7 4. Respondent violated Section 25159.6 of the Health and Safety Code by <br /> 8 failing to comply with the standards applicable to owners and operators of <br /> 9 treatment, storage or disposal facilities as contained in Title 40 of the <br /> 10 Code of Federal Regulations Parts 264 and 265. <br /> 11 COMPLIANCE ORDER <br /> 12 I <br /> 13 SCHEDULE OF COMPLIAPICE <br /> 14 Respondent is hereby ordered to comply with the requirements of Hazardous <br /> 15 Waste Control Act (Chapter 6.5 of the Health and Safety Code, Section 25100 <br /> 16 et seq, and the rules and regulations adopted thereunder. It is further <br /> 17 ordered: <br /> 18 1 . Respondent shall immediately cease treating, storing, and disposing of <br /> 19 hazardous waste at the Facility until a valid hazardous waste permit is issued <br /> 20 by the Department. <br /> 21 2. Within two days of the date of this Order, Respondent shall notify EPA <br /> 22 of its hazardous waste activity and obtain an EPA identification number. <br /> 23 3• Within seven days of the effective date of this Order, Respondent shall <br /> 24 remove all liquid in the storage bunker and all other hazardous wastes that <br /> 25 have been in storage for more than ninety days.
