1 Respondent shall contract with a registered hazardous waste hauler to transport <br /> 2 the waste to an authorized hazardous waste facility and shall comply with all <br /> 3 applicable rules and regulations. <br /> a 4. Within twenty days of the effective date of this Order, Respondent <br /> 5 shall submit to the Department a certification signed by a corporate official <br /> 6 confirming that the correction measures described in paragraphs 1 , 2, and 3 <br /> 7 have been fully implemented. <br /> 8 5. Within twenty days of the effective date of this Order, Respondent <br /> 9 shall submit to the Department for approval a plan to seal, bury, or remove the <br /> 10 "bunker" in a manner that will make the future storage of hazardous wastes <br /> 11 therein impossible. <br /> 12 6. Within twenty days of the effective date of this Order, Respondent <br /> 13 shall submit to the Department a proposed plan of correction to bring the <br /> 14 facility into compliance with the standards applicable to generators (40 CFR <br /> 15 Part 262) . If Respondent intends to obtain a permit for the treatments storage <br /> 16 or disposal of hazardous wastes, the plan of correction shall also include a <br /> 17 hazardous waste facility permit application. Upon approval by the Department, <br /> 18 Respondent shall fully implement the plan of correction in accordance with the <br /> 19 approved schedule. <br /> 20 7. Within twenty days of the effective date of this Order, Respondent <br /> 21 shall submit to the Department for approval a proposed soil sampling plan for <br /> 22 the facility parking lot, area around the storage "bunker", and any other area <br /> 23 where hazardous wastes have been disposed.
