1 schedule, and shall specify analytical and quality control protocols, <br /> 2 including: <br /> 3 a. adequate sample identication; <br /> 4 b. sample preservation techniques; <br /> 5 C. use of approved analytical methods; <br /> 6 d, identification of persons conducting the sampling and analysis; <br /> 7 and <br /> 8 e. adequate chain-of-custody procedures. <br /> 9 B. Within sixty days of approval of the sampling plan, Respondent shall <br /> 10 submit to the Department: <br /> 11 a. a report outlining the nature and extent of soil contamination at <br /> 12 the Facility, including analytical data from the soil sampling project; and <br /> 13 b. a proposed remedial action plan which includes a detailed <br /> 14 engineering design for the removal of contaminated soils and materials. <br /> 15 9. Respondent shall implement the approved remedial action plan in <br /> 16 accordance with the approved schedule. <br /> 17 10. Respondent shall collect representative soil samples upon completion of <br /> 18 cleanup to verify complete removal of contaminated soils and materials at the <br /> 19 site, and shall submit to the Department a final report describing the cleanup <br /> 20 and post-cleanup sampling results. <br /> 21 11 . Documents submitted pursuant to this Complaint shall be addressed to: <br /> 22 James T.
