WZ9 INC <br /> WZI understands that a sampling and analysis plan was submitted to DHS in 1985 but <br /> AD this plan was refected due to technical incompleteness A revised plan was subsequently <br /> submitted but no action was taken by DHS to review the revised plan and initiate work <br /> on the LCN site No further action was initiated on the LCN site until 1992 <br /> In 1992 The Mark Group (TMG) conducted a limited site assessment to determine if the <br /> soil at the LCN site had been contaminated by hydrocarbons and/or chlorinated <br /> hydrocarbon compounds This work was conducted under the oversight of the California <br /> I <br /> DTSC As a result of the TMG 1992 investigation, the DTSC determined no significant <br /> i <br /> toxics threat was present at the LCN site and transferred oversight to the San Joaquin <br /> Local Health District (SJCLHD) to resolve the identified soil impacted by hydrocarbon <br /> compounds related to the concrete tank and two locations on the LCN site where fluids <br /> containing in part organic compounds had been discharged on the surface Total <br /> petroleum hydrocarbons as diesel and oil and grease were sampled as part of a <br /> standard property transfer investigation initiated by LCN <br /> i <br /> I <br /> Pa e 7 <br /> 12270010 013 9 <br />
