Narrative description of the planned wastewater treatment system, but not limited to: <br /> a. Average dry weather flow; <br /> b. Peak wet weather flow; <br /> c. Effluent quality(BOD, total suspended solids, settleable matter, electrical <br /> conductivity, and pH); <br /> d. Materials, thickness, and construction methods proposed for pond liner systems (if <br /> any); and <br /> e. Estimated hydraulic conductivity rate for pond liner system(s) as designed. <br /> 11. Chemical characterization of treated effluent quality, including biochemical oxygen <br /> demand, total suspended solids, total dissolved solids, nitrogenous compounds, and total <br /> coliform organisms: This may be based on standard engineering references or certified <br /> analytical laboratory reports for similar plants manufactured by your selected plant vendor, <br /> with consideration of the actual water supply character. <br /> 12. Narrative description of expected solids generation rates and handling/storage procedures: <br /> a. Debris; <br /> b. Grit and screenings; and <br /> c. Biosolids. <br /> 13. Narrative description of proposed solids disposal practices for debris, grit, screenings, and <br /> biosolids: <br /> a. Method of disposal; <br /> b. Frequency of disposal; <br /> c. Disposal site/area name(s) and location(s); and <br /> d. For biosolids (if on-site beneficial re-use is proposed): <br /> e. Land application rates (dry tons per unit area per application, number of applications <br /> per year) <br /> f. ' Soil incorporation practices <br /> g. Vegetation grown <br /> h. Runoff controls, if any <br /> i. Public access controls <br /> 14. A description of the types of soil underlying the planned ponds and reclamation areas <br /> (include a copy of the geotechnical report). <br /> 15.
