Surface area, total depth, and net volume capacity(at 2-foot freeboard level) for each <br /> pond; and <br /> b. Operation and maintenance procedures. <br /> 17. Projected monthly water balance demonstrating adequate containment capacity for the <br /> 100-year return period total annual precipitation, including consideration of at least: <br /> a. Local evaporation data; <br /> b. Local precipitation data; <br /> c. Projected future wastewater loading rates; <br /> d. Projected longi term percolation rates (including consideration of percolation from <br /> lined ponds and the effects of solids plugging on all ponds); and <br /> e. Projected irrigation usage rates. <br /> 18. An irrigation management plan demonstrating adequate disposal capacity, including at <br /> least the following information: <br /> a. Scaled plans showing the limits of all proposed effluent irrigation areas, including their <br /> relationship to storm drains, surface waters, and wells; <br /> b. For each discrete irrigation area, specify the following: <br /> i. total available area; <br /> ii. net available area(considering setbacks required per 22 CCR, Division 4 water <br /> reclamation regulations); <br /> type of irrigation systems planned; <br /> iv. types of plant material to be grown; <br /> V. agronomic nutrient application rates; <br /> vi. agronomic water application rates; and <br /> vii. monthly projection of agronomic imgation rates based on both plant water and <br /> nutrient needs, nutrient content of the effluent, and supplemental nutrients to be <br /> applied. <br /> viii. Structural and operational Best Management Practices (BMPs) to be used to <br /> control potential runoff quality impacts associated with use of reclaimed <br /> effluent. <br /> ix. Means and methods to control public access and/or provide legally required <br /> notice regarding exposure to treated effluent. <br /> 19. A narrative description of plant operation and maintenance procedures to be employed, <br /> including those associated with effluent storage and disposal. A copy of the vendor's <br /> Operation and Maintenance Manual may accompany this, but will not necessarily suffice <br /> to describe all operations. <br /> 20.
