WASTEWATER RECLAMAT* REQUIREMENTS • <br /> ALiiRT WARMERDAM AND <br /> LOCKEFORD COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that Albert Warmerdam (landowner) and Lockeford Community Ser- <br /> vices District shall comply with the following: <br /> A. Specifications: <br /> 1 . Reclaimed wastewater may be used for irrigation of pasture, fodder, fiber, <br /> or seed crops; or esthetic uses where public contact is precluded. <br /> 2. Reclaimed wastewaters shall not be used for irrigating food crops for <br /> human consumption nor shall these waters be used in recreational impound- <br /> ments. <br /> 3. The direct discharge of wastewater to surface waters or surface water <br /> drainage courses is prohibited. <br /> 4. Reclaimed wastewaters used for irrigation shall be managed to minimize <br /> erosion and runoff. <br /> 5. The use of reclaimed wastewater shall not result in a pollution, or a <br /> nuisance due to odors , unsightliness, or disease vectors. <br /> 6. Uses made of reclaimed wastewaters must comply with the provisions of <br /> Chapter 4, Division 4, Title 22, of the California Administrative Code, <br /> and further, the landowner or operator must obtain written approval from <br /> the Regional Board Executive Officer prior to use of reclaimed wastewater <br /> for uses other than those listed in Specification No. 1 . <br /> 7. The discharge shall remain within the designated disposal area at all times. <br /> The disposal area is defined as the specified 115 acres (47 ha) described <br /> in Finding No. 3. <br /> B. Provisions : <br /> 1 . Lockeford .Community Services District shall comply with the Quarterly <br /> Reporting Program attached. Quarterly reports shall be submitted by the <br /> 15th day follosing each calendar quarter. <br /> 2. Lockeford Community Services District 'shall report promptly to the- Board <br /> any material change or proposed change in the character, location, or <br /> volume of the discharge. <br /> 3. The Board will review this Order periodically and may revise requirements <br /> when necessary. <br /> I , JAMES A.
