WASTEWATER RECLAMATION REQUIREMENTS -3- <br /> LOCKEFORD COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT <br /> ALBERT AND MARIANNE WARMERDAM <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> 6. Areas irrigated with reclaimed water shall be managed so as to <br /> prevent the breeding of mosquitoes. <br /> C. Provisions: <br /> 1. The User shall submit technical reports as directed by the Executive <br /> Officer. <br /> 2. The User shall comply with the Monitoring and Reporting Program <br /> No. 90-313, which is a part of this Order. <br /> 3. The User shall comply with the Standard Provisions and Reporting <br /> Requirements, dated 1 July 1990, which are a part of this Order. <br /> For compliance purposes, the User is also defined as the Discharger. <br /> 4. Use of reclaimed water must comply with the provisions of Articles <br /> 2, 3, 4, 5, and 7, Chapter 3, Division 4, Title 22, of the <br /> California Code of Regulations. Further, the User must obtain <br /> written approval from the Executive Officer prior to use of <br /> reclaimed water for uses other than those listed in Finding No. 5. <br /> 5. In the event of change in control or ownership of land presently <br /> owned or controlled by the User, the User shall notify the <br /> succeeding owner or operator of the existence of this Order by <br /> letter, a copy of which shall be forwarded to this office. <br /> 6. The Board will review this Order periodically and may revise <br /> requirements when necessary. <br /> 7. If the Reclaimer fails to deliver reclaimed water of acceptable <br /> quality and the User consequently notifies the Reclaimer pursuant to <br /> Agreement that termination of Agreement may take place within one <br /> year, a copy of such notification and any subsequent correspondence <br /> regarding termination shall be immediately provided to the Board. <br /> I , WILLIAM H.
