Ross, RG, for the above
referenced site. PHS/EHD agrees with the Report's recommendations to continue
quarterly sampling of the groundwater at this site.
Continue quarterly monitoring for Benzene, Toluene, Xylene, Ethylbenzene using EPA
method 8020, Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons as gasoline using EPA Method 8015m, and
Methyl tertiary butyl ether using EPA Method 8260 until otherwise directed by
PHSIEHD. If analytical results of water samples collected from on-site MWs continue to
reflect a decline in concentration an attenuating contaminant balance may be
demonstrated. Upon confirmation that the contaminant plume size is decreasing a
Closure Report for this site will be requested. This report should include all data
supporting the conclusions stated in the above referenced Report, including calculations
for the mass balance of contaminants remaining at this site.
Donna Heran, REHS, Director
Environmental Health Division
Carol Oz, Senior REHS Margaret agorio, REHS
Site Mitigation Unit IV Supervisor
cc: Mark List-CVRWQCB
Philip Ross, RG
i
A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services
