Please note: the Regulatory <br /> Technical Assistance_costs were not pre-approved since the work had already been completed; however, <br /> the costs appear reasonable for future reimbursement. <br /> Be aware that this pre-approval does not constitute a decision on reimbursement: all reasonable and <br /> necessary corrective action costs for work directed and approved by the County will be eligible for <br /> reimbursement per the terms of your Letter of Commitment at costs consistent with those pre-approved in <br /> this letter. All future costs for corrective action must be approved in writing by Fund staff.
