.4
SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION
SITE CHRONOLOGY
PORT ROAD 21 & M; PORT OF STOCKTON SITE CODE #1237
DATE 'DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITY EMPLOYEE
07/20/92 Spoke to Aldo Freggario, Port of Stockton, regarding details of the lease
agreement between the Port and the current tenant at the above referenced
facility, Falcon Energy. Hinson, D.
07/21/92 Mr. Freggario will provide a copy of said lease agreement between the Port of
Stockton and Falcon Energy or will provide a paraphrase of the necessary
stipulation referring that Falcon Energy assumes full responsibility for site
clean-up.
Mr. Freggario delivered a copy of said lease agreement to PHS-EHD this date.
Lease agreement does not stipulate any details of site cleanup. Hinson, D.
08/27/92 Larry Gooden, The Kiesel Company, returned call of 08/27/92 regarding the cleanup
activity at the above referenced site. The Port of Stockton insists that the
signed lease agreement with The Kiesel Company stipulates that The Kiesel Company
will take full responsibility for cleaning up the underground storage tank contamination.
Mr. Gooden disputes the Port's position, and stated the tenant Falcon Energy merely
wanted to secure the area and make the property usable and safe. Hinson, D.
I
I
