ATCA'Ssoeiates SITE SAFETY PLAN <br /> FACILITY BACKGROUND <br /> One 1,500-gallon diesel underground storage tank (UST) and all associated piping and <br /> dispensing equipment were removed 'and transported off-site. Laboratory analysis of soil <br /> h <br /> samples collected from beneath the former UST location indicated the presence of <br /> detectable concentrations total petroleum hydrocarbons.
