Mike Infurna [EH]
To: Tom.Dawson
Subject: RE: Access to destroy monitoring well
Attachments: 18800 Spreckles Target MW2r map 12-2010 Scanned_.pdf
Mr. Dawson,
thank you for your response.
Attached is the map you sent with MW-2r now shown. I also included a 'blow-up' of the area
where this well is located. I can have Spreckles rep "AKF Development" take a picture if you
need it.
the well is located at the most extreme southern property line of Target. (top of the page,
towards YOSEMITE STREET is NORTH). The well head-cement seal at the surface actually
abuts to the City sidewalk and there is at least 10' of landscaping north of the sidewalk before
the tall bushes making a barrier wall at least 8-10' high are located. north of all this
trees/landscaping is the Target back lot of paved asphalt. Not an area where the public is
typically located and all well out of the area we will be working in.
let me know if you need any other details.
sincerely,
Michael Infurna, REHS
SJCEHD
Stockton, CA.
(209) 468-3454.
From: Tom.Dawson [mailto:Tom.Dawson@target.com]
Sent: Thursday, December 09, 2010 3:31 PM
To: Mike Infurna [EH]
Subject: RE: Access to destroy monitoring well
Mr. Infurna—Thank you for your Email. Your explanation below has been quite helpful in helping
understand what needs to be done. I have attached a copy of the Shopping Center Site Plan for your
reference. Would you be able to mark it up where the well in question is located on the Target premises
and return it to me?
Thanks for your help.
Regards,
Tom Dawson
Sr. Real Estate Analyst
Target Corporation
(612)761-8207
From: Mike Infurna [EH] [mai Ito:MInfurna@sjcehd.com]
Sent: Monday, December 06, 2010 11:37 AM
To: Tom.Dawson
12/10/2010
