A groundwater <br /> sample will be collected from the site domestic well via the closest water outlet to the well and <br /> analyzed by a State-certified laboratory for bacteria (total and fecal coliform) and nitrate using <br /> appropriate laboratory methodologies. <br /> RESNA has enclosed a completed drilling permit application and associated fee of$89.00.
