The log book must contain <br /> consecutively numbered, bound and water-resistant <br /> pages. <br /> 3 . 1 . 2 Data Entry <br /> . Enter all data with a black ball point pen. <br /> . In the event that a correction is necessary, cross <br /> out the initial entry and write the correction <br /> beside it. <br /> n <br /> . Do not use water based correction fluids. <br /> . Initial and date all corrections . <br /> .
