The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for TURKHAN FOODS INC as of May 08, 2020. <br /> Open violations from August 14, 2018 inspection <br /> Violation#5 - Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on <br /> site. <br /> 280 gallons of diesel in the fire pump house were found on site that have not been reported. Any material that <br /> meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. The max daily amounts for <br /> propane is not correct. The max daily amount is being reported as 100 gallons but there 2,499 gallons of propane <br /> on site at time of inspection. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for <br /> approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#6 - Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. <br /> A site map was not completed or submitted as part of the business plan. The site map is missing adjacent streets <br /> locations, and emergency shut off locations for the propane. A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading <br /> areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, <br /> evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If <br /> a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". Immediately log into <br /> the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated <br /> information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #7 - Failed to establish and/or submit emergency response procedures for a release or threatened <br /> release. <br /> The emergency response procedures are not complete. Please put the local Certified Unified Program Agency <br /> (CUPA) phone number as 209468-3420. Please put the date in for section A2. A business plan shall include the <br /> following emergency response procedures for a release or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but <br /> not limited to, the following: <br /> - immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department(EHD) <br /> -procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br /> persons, property, or the environment <br /> -evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the site <br /> Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the <br /> correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
