The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been addressed for TURKHAN FOODS INC as of May 08, 2020. Open violations from August 14, 2018 inspection Violation#5 - Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. 280 gallons of diesel in the fire pump house were found on site that have not been reported. Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. The max daily amounts for propane is not correct. The max daily amount is being reported as 100 gallons but there 2,499 gallons of propane on site at time of inspection. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation#6 - Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. A site map was not completed or submitted as part of the business plan. The site map is missing adjacent streets locations, and emergency shut off locations for the propane. A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA".
