The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been addressed for TURKHAN FOODS INC as of May 08, 2020. The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) annually. The last submittal made was 5/22/2017. Please make a submittal for 2018 The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation#12 - Failed to have the business plan readily available to facility or EHD personnel. Facility could not provide the Emergency Response Plan and the Chemical inventory upon request. The emergency response plans and procedures, the inventory of information required by this article, and the site map required by this section shall be readily available to personnel of the business or the unified program facility with responsibilities for emergency response or training pursuant to this section.
