h� KLEINFELOER <br /> File No. 20-3937-01 <br /> September 3, 1996 <br /> The general direction of groundwater ilow'in the area of the site, based on a report issued by <br /> the San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, Fall 1994, is to the <br /> northeast, although the area appears to be located within a groundwater depression. The <br /> elevation of first groundwater is approximately 50 feet below mean sea level. According to <br /> the same report, the depth to groundwater in the vicinity of the project site is 70 to 80 feet <br /> below grade. According to reports of groundwater monitoring events for the adjacent former <br /> U. S.
