In addition, "x and y"
coordinates (latitude and longitude) accurate to within one meter for all site wells
must be submitted to Geotracker (California Code of Regulations Section
2729.1). The 'Xy and z" information must be submitted to Geotracker and a
paper copy provided to EHD by June 1, 2004.
Beginning September 1, 2001, electronic submission to Geotracker of soil and
water sample analytical data was also required by California Code of Regulations
Section 2729.1. None of the soil and water sample analytical data from this site
collected since that date has been submitted to Geotracker. All soil and water
sample analytical data obtained since September 1, 2001, must be submitted to
Geotracker by June 1, 2004, and all analytical data obtained from this site from
this time forward must be submitted to Geotracker.
In a letter dated July 9, 2002, EHD required a survey to identify all wells within
2000 radial feet of the site be conducted. To date the results of the required well
survey that includes a map showing the location of the identified wells, the
addresses where the wells are located and any known construction details of the
wells has not been submitted to EHD. The well survey must be submitted to
EHD by June 1, 2004.
Permits from other regulatory agencies may be required to operate the vapor
extraction system. Application for these permits should be completed
immediately. The final system design and copies of permits obtained to operate
the system are to be submitted to EHD. Operation of the vapor extraction
system should begin by September 1, 2004.
If you have any questions you may contact me at (209) 468-3449.
Donna Heran, REHS, Director
Environmental Health Department
—;' Al(!r
Margaret Lagorio, Supervising REHS
LOP/Site Mitigation Unit IV
cc: Jim Barton, CVRWQCB
AGE — Bill Little
Amarjit Singh
