Site Health and Safety Plan <br /> ENSAFE RS&H <br /> Stockton Metropolitan Airport, Stockton, California <br /> January 27, 2020 <br /> 16.0 TRAINING <br /> The training program is consistent with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.120(e) and addresses the <br /> following site-specific information: training for site workers, including this HASP, site briefings for <br /> visitors and workers, initial HAZWOPER training and required refresher training, supervised field <br /> experience, management and supervisor training, qualification of trainers, training certification, and <br /> training records. <br /> 16.1 Site-Specific Briefing for Visitors <br /> A site-specific briefing will be provided to all site visitors who enter this site beyond the site entry <br /> point. For visitors, the site-specific briefing provides information about site hazards, the site lay-out <br /> including work zones and places of refuge, emergency shower locations,the emergency alarm system <br /> and emergency evacuation procedures, and other pertinent safety and health requirements as <br /> appropriate. <br /> 16.2 HASP Review <br /> Site personnel will review this HASP and be provided a site-specific briefing prior to the <br /> commencement of work to ensure that employees are familiar with this HASP and the information <br /> and requirements it contains. Additional briefings are provided as necessary to notify employees of <br /> any changes to this HASP as a result of information gathered during ongoing site characterization <br /> and analysis. <br /> Conditions for which we schedule additional briefings include, but are not limited to: changes in site <br /> conditions, changes in the work schedule/plan, newly discovered hazards, and incidents occurring <br /> during site work. <br /> The following page is to be completed by each person working on the project site. <br /> The purpose of the signature page is to document the review of the HASP and to ensure that all <br /> personnel understand the contents of the HASP and agree to perform work in accordance with it. <br /> 16.3 Revision Record <br /> Revisions to this document will be recorded below. Changes must be communicated to affected <br /> personnel and acknowledged on the following page. Note: This may require the use of additional <br /> signature pages. <br /> 34 <br />
