Tenant Operating Activities <br /> Storage Rooms <br /> Each Suite will contain Storage Rooms which shall house MLC Tenant-operator equipment and <br /> supplies which will be locked and stored securely within each utility room. <br /> Office <br /> The offices within each suite will serve as the central location for Business Management and <br /> Administration for each MLC tenant-operator. It will also house the tenant's computer systems <br /> and administrative equipment, as well as records and documentation required to be housed on <br /> site under San Joaquin County Code and State Law. <br /> These records shall be maintained by MLC tenant-operators for a period of seven (7)years and <br /> shall be made available to the San Joaquin County Sheriffs Department upon request, except for <br /> private patient records which shall be made available only pursuant to a properly executed search <br /> warrant, or court order. In addition to all other formats that MLC tenant-operators may maintain, <br /> these records shall be stored on location in a printed format. <br /> Any loss, damage or destruction of the records shall be reported to San Joaquin County Sheriffs <br /> Department within 24 hours of the loss, destruction or damage. <br /> Record Keeping <br /> MLC tenant-operators will maintain the following records on premises including but not limited <br /> to: <br /> 1. All Permits and licenses; <br /> 2. Plans; <br /> 3. All records evidencing compliance with environmental protection measures; <br /> 4. All supporting documentation for data or information input into the track-and-trace <br /> system; <br /> 5. All unique identifiers (UID's) assigned to product in inventory and all unassigned UID's. <br /> UID's that have been retired from the track-and-trace system shall be maintained for six <br /> (6)months after the tags are retired; <br /> 6. Financial records including but not limited to bank statements, tax records, sales invoices, <br /> and sales receipts; <br /> Morada Land Company 4 <br />
