7. Personnel records, including each employee's full name, social security, or tax ID <br /> number, date of beginning employment, and date of termination of employment where <br /> applicable; <br /> 8. Records related to employee training for the track and trace system including the date(s) <br /> training occurred, description of the training provided, and the names of the employees <br /> that received the training; <br /> 9. Contracts with other state licensed cannabis businesses; <br /> 10. Security Records; <br /> 11. Records associated with the disposal of cannabis waste; <br /> 12. Documentation associated with any loss of access to the track-and-trace system; <br /> Inventory Control and Record Keeping <br /> In addition to utilizing METRC for purposes of tracking and reporting commercial cannabis <br /> inventory and transactions as required by the State,MLC tenant-operators shall maintain an in- <br /> house inventory control and reporting system that accurately documents the present location, <br /> amounts, and descriptions of all cannabis and cannabis products it intends to place into the <br /> commercial market for all stages of the growing and production or manufacturing, laboratory <br /> testing, and distribution processes until purchase as set forth under MAUCRSA. <br /> MLC tenant-operators shall maintain such books and records in an electronic format detailing all <br /> revenues and expenses of the business, as well as its assets and liabilities. Such records will <br /> include monthly statements detailing the number of sales under each permit, respectively, <br /> including gross receipts for each month and all applicable taxes paid or due to be paid. Such <br /> records shall also demonstrate that all cannabis or cannabis products have been obtained from <br /> and are provided to other locally and state permitted and licensed cannabis operations. <br /> Sales and Invoicing <br /> MLC tenant-operators shall prepare a sales invoice or receipt, along with an electronic manifest <br /> for every sale or transport of cannabis product to another licensee. <br /> Each sales invoice shall include: <br /> 1. MLC tenant-operators name, business address, and license numbers; <br /> 2. The purchaser's name, business address and license numbers; <br /> 3. The date of sale or transfer to the licensee receiving the cannabis product; <br /> 4. An invoice or receipt number; <br /> Morada Land Company 5 <br />
