5. The weight or quantity of cannabis product sold; <br /> 6. A Description for each item including strain or cultivar; <br /> 7. The signature of the MLC tenant-operators representative authorized to make the <br /> sale or transfer acknowledging the accuracy of the cannabis products being shipped; <br /> 8. The signature of the purchaser or designated representative, acknowledging receipt <br /> or rejection of the cannabis product. <br /> Reporting and Tracking of Product and of Gross Sales: <br /> MLC tenant-operators Nursery shall maintain a point of sale and inventory management and <br /> tracking system to track and report all aspects of the commercial cannabis activity in which it <br /> engages, including tracking product, inventory data, and gross sales (by weight and by sale). <br /> Prior to implementation of the system, MLC tenant-operators shall seek approval and <br /> authorization from the San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office. <br /> Inventory Documentation and Reconciliation <br /> MLC tenant-operators shall maintain an accurate record of inventory. The inventory record shall <br /> include: <br /> 1. A description of each item in the operator's inventory,to a degree of accuracy allowing <br /> easy identification; <br /> 2. An accurate measurement of the quantity of the item; <br /> 3. The date and time the cannabis goods were received; <br /> 4. The sell-by or expiration date on any cannabis goods, if any; <br /> 5. The name and license number of the licensee that delivered the cannabis goods; <br /> 6. The name and license number of the distributor that provided the cannabis goods; and <br /> 7. The price paid for the cannabis goods, including taxes, delivery costs, or any other costs. <br /> MLC tenant-operators shall perform an inventory reconciliation at least once every fourteen (14) <br /> days to ensure that the physical inventory matches the inventory record <br /> Morada I:..and Company 6 <br />
