The violation states"In the storage area,one white 5 gallon plastic bucket was observed with a red <br /> liquid in it. In the oil filter drain area,one white 5 gallon plastic bucket was observed with a black sludge/liquid. <br /> According to Pedro Lopez(employee), any absorbent that is used on the antifreeze and oil is thrown away into the <br /> trash.-RESPONSE OK <br /> A parts washer that is not used anymore was observed with an oily residue in it."-RESPONSE OK <br /> According to your response, oily absorbent and parts cleaner waste are hazardous. That takes care of the last two items <br /> of the violation. What about the red liquid and the black sludge/liquid? Where those antifreeze and oil/oily sludge? <br /> Violation 110: Failed to keep uniform manifests. OPEN- I need the uniform manifest for World Oil service order <br /> N2519806, dated 2/13/2018. One 55 gallon drum of used filters containing oil was picked up. If there is not a uniform <br /> manifest,then please provide a statement. <br /> Violation 301: Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste. OPEN. What about the metal fines <br /> that were observed during the inspection? Was the used oil cleaned up? <br /> Violation 601: Waste stored on site too long. OPEN-1 need the disposal records for each waste listed. The response also <br /> needs to state which disposal record was for what waste. Example-Service Order 2095493 was for the pickup of the <br /> 2 <br />
