The sampling was recommended due to the results of the Phase I ESA <br /> Kleinfelder conducted at the site (20-3978-01.P01 dated October 18, 1996). The scope of work <br /> is described in Attachment A, with Kleinfelder field protocols as Attachment B. The cost <br /> estimate is included as Attachment C. The work requisition authorizing us to proceed is <br /> presented as Attachment D. We can begin work as soon as we receive both signed work <br /> requisitions.
