The sampling was <br /> recommended due to the results of the Phase I Preliminary Environmental Site Assessment Kleinfelder conducted <br /> at the site (20-3978-0I.P01 dated October 18, 1996). The scope of work is described in Attachment A, with <br /> Kleinfelder field protocols as Attachment B. The cost estimate is included as Attachment C. The work requisition <br /> authorizing us to proceed is presented as Attachment D. We can begin work as soon as we receive both signed <br /> work requisitions.
