The sampling was recommended due to the results of <br /> the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) Kleinfelder conducted at the site (20-3978-OI.P01 <br /> dated October 18, 1996). The scope of work is described in Attachment A, with Kleinfelder field <br /> protocols as Attachment B. The cost estimate is included as Attachment C. The work requisition <br /> authorizing us to proceed is presented as Attachment D. We can begin work as soon as we receive both <br /> signed work requisitions.
