The soil sampling was <br /> recommended due to the results of the Please I ESA Kleinfelder conducted at the site (20-3978-0l.P01 <br /> dated October 18, 1996). The scope of work is based on the Phase I ESA recommendation number 21 <br /> and is described in Attachment A, with Kleinfelder field protocols as Attachment B. The cost estimate is <br /> included as Attachment C. The work requisition authorizing us to proceed is presented as Attachment D. <br /> We can begin work as soon as we receive both signed work requisitions.
