(209) 464-2212 <br /> Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00041081 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> Complainant was at facility on 02/16/16 at approximately 12 pm and saw rat droppings and a hole next to the freezer. The <br /> hole is between the freezer and the main window. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTE <br /> Spoke to employee's who were not aware of this complaint. <br /> Observations: There is a gap on wood base on the corner behind the large freezer at customer sitting area. Next to gap there <br /> is a lot of debris(like insulation). Did not observe any rat droppings. Saw what may be a couple of mice droppings behind <br /> freezer and lots of other debris. Inspected the back and front of facility and floors are dirty. No evidence of rodents at back or <br /> front of facility. <br /> Correction: Wood base shall be replaced by 2 weeks and re-painted. All floors shall be detailed cleaned on a routine basis. <br /> Clean by 1 week and maintain. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
