1 2 . Respondents agree to pay the costs incurred to date by the <br /> 2 Department for project review and oversight regarding the <br /> 3 Acme-Stockton Galvanizing site. The total amount of costs <br /> 4 incurred by the Department as of the end of June, 1987, is <br /> 5 $7 , 420. 96. Respondent shall reimburse the Department for <br /> 6 these costs within fourteen (14) calendar days from the <br /> 7 effective date of this Stipulation. <br /> 8 <br /> 9 3 . Respondents agree to pay all Department costs recoverable <br /> 10 under Health and Safety Code Section 25360 including staff <br /> 11 time and other direct and indirect costs for oversight and <br /> 12 review of activities by Respondents pursuant to paragraph <br /> 13 number 1 above. The Respondents also agree to pay an <br /> 14 additional ten percent (10%) of these costs for <br /> 15 administration. Respondents shall pay these future costs, <br /> 16 which begin as of July 1, 1987, in advance on an annual <br /> 17 basis. The annual costs, based upon 1987 dollars, are <br /> 18 estimated to be $58,000. The Respondents shall submit the <br /> 19 first annual payment to the Department within fourteen <br /> 20 (14) calendar days of the effective date of this <br /> 21 Stipulation. Subsequent payments shall be made on June 1 <br /> 22 of each year. Such annual payments shall continue until <br /> 23 such time that final compliance with the Remedial Action <br /> 24 Order has been achieved.
