1 4 . The Department will submit an accounting of all costs <br /> 2 incurred during a one year period within three (3) <br /> 3 months following the end of that one year period. At <br /> 4 that time the Respondents will either be billed for any <br /> 5 additional cost or any overpayment will be applied to the <br /> 6 Department's oversight cost for future remedial work at <br /> 7 the Site. Additionally, the Department will provide the <br /> 8 Respondents with quarterly summaries of the Department's <br /> 9 expenditures beginning six months from the effective date <br /> 10 of the Stipulation. The quarterly reports will be based <br /> 11 on the State fiscal year. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 5. The Respondents shall remit all payments as follows: <br /> 14 <br /> 15 Department of Health Services <br /> 16 Toxic Substance Control Division <br /> 17 Financial and Support Operations Section <br /> 18 714 P Street <br /> 19 P.O. Box 942732 <br /> 20 Sacramento, CA 94234-7320 <br /> 21 <br /> 22 6.
