1 25356. 1, Respondents shall submit to the Department a detailed <br /> 2 Remedial Action (RA) Workplan containing technical and <br /> 3 operational plans and engineering designs for implementation of <br /> 4 the approved remedial or removal action alternative, and a <br /> 5 schedule for implementing each activity. The Workplan shall <br /> 6 also describe the nature and design of the construction or <br /> 7 equipment to be employed, a Site specific Hazardous Waste <br /> 8 Transportation Plan (if necessary) , the identity of any <br /> 9 contractors, transporters and other persons conducting the <br /> 10 removal and remedial activities for Respondents, post remedial <br /> 11 sampling and monitoring procedures for air, soil, surface water <br /> 12 and groundwater and shall cover all of the subjects described <br /> 13 in paragraph 5. 1. 3 .a, subdivisions (2) , (3) , (4) , and (5) as <br /> 14 they pertain to the removal and remedial activities. <br /> 15 a. Upon Department approval of the RA Workplan and <br /> 16 schedule Respondents shall implement the final RAP as <br /> 17 approved in accordance with the approved RA Workplan <br /> 18 and schedule. <br /> 19 b. Respondents shall be responsible for operation and <br /> 20 maintenance requirements in accordance with the final <br /> 21 RAP and RA Workplan. <br /> 22 C. During the implementation of the final RAP and RA <br /> 23 Workplan the Department may specify such additions, <br /> 24 modifications and revisions to the RA Workplan as it <br /> 25 deems appropriate to implement the RAP. <br /> 26 d. Any remedial technology employed in implementation of <br /> 27 the final RAP shall be left in place and operated by <br /> COURT PAPER <br /> STITi DI GLIID11NIw <br /> STD. 113 (REY. a 721 —22- <br /> 85 MM <br />
