Ranking and Selection of Remedial Action Alternative <br /> 5 5. 1. 6 Draft Remedial Action Plan <br /> 6 Respondents shall prepare and submit to the Department for <br /> 7 review and approval a draft Remedial Action Plan (RAP) . The <br /> 8 RAP shall set forth in detail appropriate steps to remedy air, <br /> 9 soil, surface water and groundwater contamination at the Site <br /> 10 and adjacent areas. The RAP shall be prepared in accordance <br /> 11 with the standards and requirements set forth in California <br /> 12 Health and Safety Code Section 25356. 1. In addition the RAP <br /> 13 shall contain a master schedule for implementation of all <br /> 14 removal and remedial actions proposed to be taken. <br /> 15 5 . 1.7 Community Relations Plan <br /> 16 The Community Relations Plan shall be submitted to the <br /> 17 Department for review and approval in accordance with the <br /> 18 approved Workplan schedule. The Community Relations Plan <br /> 19 should be based on EPA's "Community Relations in Superfund - A <br /> 20 Handbook" (March, 1986) . <br /> 21 5. 1. 8 Workplan Implementation <br /> 22 Respondents shall implement the Workplan as approved by the <br /> 23 Department in accordance with the approved schedule. <br /> 24 5. 2 REMEDIAL ACTION <br /> 25 5. 2 . 1 Implementation of Final Remedial Action Plan <br /> 26 Within thirty (30) calendar days after Department approval of <br /> 27 the final RAP in accordance with Health and Safety Code Section <br /> COURT PAPER <br /> STATE OFCALIFORNIA <br /> STD. 113 (REV.
