• 0 • 0 <br /> 1 plans, specifications, schedules or any other writing prepared <br /> 2 or submitted by or for Respondents shall be construed to <br /> 3 relieve Respondents of their obligation to obtain such formal <br /> 4 approvals as may be required herein. <br /> 5 6. 6 DEPARTMENT REVIEW AND APPROVAL <br /> 6 After review of any report, plan, schedule, remedial action <br /> 7 plan or other document which Respondents submit for Department <br /> 8 approval pursuant to this Order, the Department may take the <br /> 9 following actions: <br /> 10 a. Make modifications to the revised document as deemed <br /> 11 necessary by the Department to protect public health <br /> 12 and safety or the environment, and approve the <br /> 13 document as modified; or <br /> 14 b. Return the submitted document to Respondents with <br /> 15 recommended changes. <br /> 16 Within a time period specified by the Department, Respondents <br /> 17 shall submit a revised document addressing the recommended <br /> 18 changes to the Department for approval . All such approvals by <br /> 19 the Department shall be in writing. <br /> 20 6 . 7 MODIFICATIONS <br /> 21 Respondents may by written request seek modification, <br /> 22 termination or revision of this Order or any portion of this <br /> 23 Order or any program or plan submitted pursuant to this Order <br /> 24 at any time. This Order and any applicable program, plan, or <br /> 25 schedule may be modified, terminated or revised by the <br /> 26 Department at any time.
