The plan is written for the specific site conditions, purposes, dates, and personnel ' specified and must be amended if these conditions change. I. Site History and Proiect Information A) Facility Site Description: The site is located at 540 West Scotts Avenue in Stockton California. The surface of the entire site is covered by concrete footings, slabs and asphalt. B) Site Occupied: The site was previously occupied by ACME-Stockton Galvanizing until 1982 due to the failure of an galvanizing kettle and was closed. C) Site Map Attached with the Following Designated: 1)Entry and Emergency egress: ' 2)Work Location(s) D) Scope of Work: The work to be conducted is as described in Enforceable Agreement Docket Number HSA 90/91-012. The five year review and reevaluation will include the following: 1) Inspection of the integrity of the asphalt cap covering the treated and stabilized soil at the site. Photographic documentation of the asphalt cap will ' be included in the report. 2) Drill one soil boring in the approximate center of the stabilized soil to 5 feet ' below the asphalt cap. Collect samples of the stabilized material and underlying soil for laboratory testing. ' 3) Monitor and sample the three groundwater monitoring wells on the site and analyze the groundwater samples. ' 4) Prepare working drawings which will show the location of the asphalt cap, boring location and the positions of the three existing groundwater monitoring ' wells. 5) Publish a summary report documenting the work carried out along with ' conclusions and recommendations.
