Photographic documentation of the asphalt cap will <br /> be included in the report. <br /> ' 2) Drill one soil boring in the approximate center of the stabilized soil to 5 feet <br /> below the asphalt cap. Collect samples of the stabilized material and <br /> underlying soil for laboratory testing. <br /> 3) Monitor and sample the three groundwater monitoring wells on the site and <br /> analyze the groundwater samples. <br /> 4) Prepare working drawings which will show the location of the asphalt cap, <br /> ' boring location and the positions of the three existing groundwater monitoring <br /> wells. <br /> ' 5) Publish a summary report documenting the work carried out along with <br /> conclusions and recommendations. <br /> ' B) Summary of Potential Exposure Conditions, Pathways, Chemical Hazards <br /> and Physical Hazards:. <br /> See Table I (to be filled out by CHSO/HSO) <br /> C) Chemical Hazard Data: <br /> See Table II (to be filled out by CHSO/HSO <br /> All excavation personal will be required to wear hard hats, safety glasses and <br /> safety boots.
