The attached memo contains a
summary of the inspection findings.
The site inspection concludes that, based on the current evidence, there is no threat to
groundwater or surface water quality from this spill. Therefore, no action is required regarding
the spill at this site. Nothing in this determination precludes future action by the Water Board if
subsequent monitoring, testing, or analysis of the Andrade Trucking diesel spill indicates there is
a threat to water quality, or new information indicates that further site investigation and remedial
action are required to prevent a significant risk to human health and safety, the environment, or
water quality; or if Andrade Trucking induced the Water Board to issue this No Further Action
Determination by fraud, negligent, or intentional nondisclosure or misrepresentation.
If you have questions about this letter, you may call Gerald Djuth at (916) 464-4677.
Should you have any questions regarding the information in this letter, please call Gerald Djuth,
the ard's project ma ager, at (99116) 464-4677 or by email at gdjuth@waterboards.ca.gov.
Duncan Austin, Chief
Private Sites Cleanup Unit
cc: Mr. Raymond von Flue, San Joaquin County.
