If the Plant Manager or the Superintendent are not on site the Hazardous Waste
will have to remain on site until such time as one of them are back on site.
Please verify that the recent milk run Manifest is what we are required to keep for 3 years.
(Second Attachment)
Item 601: We received a uniform hazardous waste manifest for all of the following except the
items in red.
- One 55-gallon drum containing used fuel filters.
- One 55-gallon drum containing used antifreeze.
- Two 55-gallon drums containing used oil.
- One 55-gallon drum containing oily solids.
- One 5,;-gallon drum containing paint waste.
We received a Ramos Environmental Services "Work Order Items" report that shows used
antifreeze and used oil was picked up on 4-23-20. Please send copies of the disposal records.
The attached paperwork (Third Attachment) is all that I received from Ramos
Environmental. I will ask why they call the oil "solid" ?? I will also ask why the antifreeze is
not listed anywhere. The last page is all that I received for the used oil filters. This was
included in the return to compliance documents that I previously returned.
2
