Item 608: We received a copy of the memorandum for the used oil filter pick up on 4-23-20. <br /> The memorandum states that a bill of lading was left. Please provide a copy of the bill of lading. <br /> Additionally, forklift maintenance companies are required to leave a record for used oil filters <br /> generated from forklift servicing if they are transporting off site. Provide a statement addressing <br /> how the facility will manage this waste stream. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE• <br /> Persons generating, transporting, or receiving used metal oil filters shall use a bill oflading to <br /> record the transfer of used oil filters. Bills oflading mustlndlcate generator, transporter, and <br /> receiving company names, addresses, telephone numbers, the quantity and size of used oil filter <br /> containers transferred, and the date oftransfer. A copy of each bill oflading must be kept on the <br /> premises of the generator, transporter, and receiving facility where the used oil filters were <br /> handled. Copies ofbills oflading shall be kept for a period of three years. <br /> Please verify that This statement is acceptable in this email. <br /> Stockton Steel will now keep copies of the Manifests for removing oil filters from this <br /> facility. <br /> Copies of these manifests will be kept in the Plant Managers Office with the rest of our <br /> Hazardous waste manifests. <br /> The Plant Manager or the Superintendent are the only personnel permitted to sign off on <br /> any and all Hazardous waste Manifests. If the Plant Manager or the Superintendent are not <br /> on site the Hazardous Waste will have to remain on site until such time as one of them are <br /> back on site. <br /> Item 609: We received: <br /> - Three statements of waste designation: 1. Bag House Dust Wheelabrator = Non-RCRA ERM <br /> (25143.2) 2. Bag house Dust Coper Burn Table = Non- Hazardous Waste 3. Welding Slag = <br /> Non-Hazardous. <br /> - Three 2018 emails of approving Stockton Steel's three waste streams' waste designation <br /> statements from Fionn O'Niell, Director of Operations at Kleen Industrial Services, Inc. <br /> - three lab reports from Enviro-Chem Inc, 1214 E Lexington Ave, Pomona, CA 91766. <br /> - Three 2018 lab reports for each waste stream. <br /> - A corrective action statement providing information for the ECM. Please read through the <br /> following, taken from the inspection report under item 609, and provide the information <br /> highlighted in red. <br /> Provide the followng to satisfy the ERMrequlrements: <br /> 1. Show compliance vith HSC 25143.2(1)(1)(A) byproTiding the name, street and mailing <br /> address, and telephone <br /> number of the owner or operator ofthe recelvingfaclllty that manages the ERM. <br /> 3 <br />
