Maintain the plan <br /> on-site and train employees on the plan. Provide a corrective action statement, a copy of the contingency plan and <br /> supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 118 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: Copies of consolidated manifest receipts from 03/11/17-03/11/20 hazardous wastes including <br /> parts washer waste solution and used oil were not found on site during the inspection <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate a copy of all consolidated manifest receipts from [DATE RANGE]and <br /> maintain them on site. Provide a copy of the consolidated manifest receipts and a corrective action statement to the <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 301 CCR 66265.31 Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Observed oily liquid on the floor of the the main plant that was not cleaned up. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A hazardous waste generator must maintain and operate its facility to minimize the <br /> possibility of a fire, explosion, or any unplanned sudden or non-sudden release of hazardous waste or hazardous <br /> waste constituents to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The violation was corrected during the inspection by facility personnel.The oily liquid was <br /> cleaned up during the inspection with absorbent and put into hazardous waste oily debris solids container.
