Women' s Resort is limited to a maximum of 10 people per <br /> day. Occupancy of the public fishing portion of the <br /> project shall be limited to 15 people per day . <br /> I . The approved use shall conform to the application' s Site <br /> Plan (October 26 , 1989 ) and the Improvement Plan . <br /> j Parking requirements for the public fishing use shall be <br /> based on a maximum occupancy . One space per three occu- <br /> pants shall be provided . In addition, parking shall be <br /> provided at the rate of two spaces for each three <br /> employees of the public fishing use . <br /> 4 . Montezuma Fire District : <br /> • a. Provide on-site water supply to meet. NFPA 1231 require- <br /> ments . <br /> * b. Fire apparatus access roads shall be designed and main- <br /> tained to support the imposed loads of fire apparatus and <br /> shall be provided with a surface to provide all-weather <br /> driving capabilities and shall have an unobstructed width <br /> of not less than 20 feet and an unobstructed height of 13 <br /> feet , 6 inches . All dead-end fire apparatus access roads <br /> in excess of 150 feet in length shall be provided with <br /> approved provisions for the turning around of fire appara- <br /> tus . <br /> 5 . Council of Governments : <br /> a. Unpainted metal or glass roofs shall not be used on <br /> buildings in this area. <br /> * b. Bird mitigation measures shall be employed to ensure that <br /> retention ponds do not become waterfowl attractants . <br /> 6 .
