PRELIMINARY <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> UP-88-16 <br /> 1 , MANTECA-LATHROP RURAL COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT: <br /> a. Adequate water shall be provided for Fire Protection per <br /> NFPA 1231 Rural Water Supplies and approved by local fire <br /> Jurisdiction. <br /> b. Adequate access to property be provided per Uniform Fire <br /> Code 1985 edition. Uniform Fire Code ( 85 edition) NFPA <br /> Standards S Sprinkler Ordinance where required . <br /> 2 . LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT : <br /> a. All manure waste from this operation is to be managed and <br /> disposed of in such a manner so as not to cause a vector <br /> or odor nuisance or a health problem. <br /> b. The tomato-silage pits used for the feed lot operation <br /> must not create a vector or odor nuisance . Management of <br /> the silage pit must comply to San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> #877 , Item 446 , A(4) . <br /> C. The amount of tomato waste brought in for silage shall be <br /> no greater than what the feed lot can utilize on a yearly <br /> basis . No hold over a silage from year to year. <br /> d � Coffee grounds not to create a vector or odor nuisance and <br /> recycling to be limited to coffee grounds currently <br /> on-site . The importation of coffee grounds is to cease <br /> once the existing on-site stock piles of soil are <br /> eliminated . <br /> e . A disposal site permit for the animal feeding yard from <br /> the Health District is required . <br /> 3 , BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION : <br /> A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading <br /> permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to <br /> performing any excavation or filling of earth material . See <br /> U .B . C. , Appendix , Chapter 70 , Section 7003 for exemptions : <br /> a. A grading plan shall contain the information listed in the <br /> U .B. C. , Appendix, Chapter 70 , Section 7006(d) . <br /> b. The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels . Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable . <br /> C. All recommendations of the soils/project engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans . <br />
