McKinley Ave . , Manteca <br /> USE: Use Permit for cattle feedlot with accessory tomato-silage use <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> In the event that this application is approved, it is requested that <br /> the following conditions be made a part of this approval. <br /> 1. All manure waste from this operation is to be managed and dis- <br /> posed of in such a manner so as not to cause a vector or odor <br /> nuisance or a health problem. <br /> 12 . The tomato-silage pits used for the feed lot operation must not <br /> create a vector or odor nuisance. Management of the silage pit <br /> must comply to San Joaquin Local Health District Rules and Reg- <br /> ulations pertaining to San Joaquin County Ordinance #877 , item <br /> 16 , A( 4 ) . <br /> 3 . The amount of tomato waste brought in for silage shall be no <br /> greater than what the feed lot can utilize on a yearly basis . No <br /> hold over of silage from year to year. <br /> 4 . Silage to be used for animal feed only. If intended to be used <br /> as a soil conditioner must obtain approval from the Health District <br /> for a site exemption. <br /> 5 . Coffee grounds not to create a vector or odor nuisance and re- <br /> cycling to be limited to coffee grounds only.
