❑ SITE PLAN CHECK LIST - USE PERMIT <br /> The site plan should be drawn on an 18 " x 24" or 18 " x 26" <br /> sized reproducible material . <br /> 1. Names, addresses and telephone numbers of owner , applicant and <br /> person preparing the site plan. <br /> 2 . ❑ Names , addresses and telephone numbers of utility companies that <br /> would serve the site including water supply and method of <br /> sewage disposal . <br /> 3 . 0 North point, date of drawing and scale . Use an engineer ' s <br /> scale (i .e. , 1" to 101 , 1" to 301 , etc ) . The site plan should <br /> be oriented so that the direction of north is to the top of the <br /> plan. <br /> 4 . Location, names and widths of all streets and easements bor- <br /> dering on the property with access details . If adjacent to a <br /> specific plan street, future widths must be shown. <br /> 5 . All property lines or boundary lines of the parcel with dimen- <br /> sions . <br /> 6. The. type of development- (e.g. ,-vacant,- residential, - etc. ) <br /> should be identified for all- adjacent properties . Show <br /> distance of nearest.. structures: on adjacent. properties from <br /> project property line:-. _ . <br /> 7 . <br /> A vicinity map showing-: the location of .the property in - <br /> tion to surrounding streets . <br /> 8 . All existing structures located on the property and the loca- <br /> tion of any proposed structures with dimensions ,-- square <br /> footage and distances from other structures and property <br /> lines . Existing structures to be removed shown with dashed <br /> lines. The use and number of floors should be labeled on each <br /> structure. <br /> 9 . The location, dimensions and number of all off-street parking <br /> and interior drives with type of surfacing. Handicapped <br /> parking should be shown. Calculations indicating the number of <br /> _ required spaces must- <br /> be--shown-10 .0 The location of the water well and septic system with adequate <br /> expansion area shown, if applicable . If public water and/or <br /> sewer will be utilized, a "will-serve" letter from the serving <br /> entity. <br /> 11.0 Landscaping, existing and proposed and trees 6" or greater in <br /> diameter . Any trees planned to be removed should be shown with <br /> dashed lines . <br /> Use Permit Application - 14 - (7/86 ) <br />
