4 . BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> Ordinance Requirements: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified <br /> as pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements <br /> may also apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirement will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled <br /> access requirements (C.A.C. , Title 24) . <br /> b. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant, and <br /> it shall be approved and a grading permit issued by the <br /> Building Inspection Division prior to any excavation or <br /> filling of earth material: <br /> (1) The grading plan shall contain the information <br /> listed in the U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section <br /> 7006 (1) . <br /> (2) The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels. <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where <br /> applicable. <br /> (3) Grading in excess of 5, 000 cubic yards shall comply <br /> with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements. " <br /> (4) All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans. <br /> (5) All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a <br /> foundation inspection. <br /> (6) All grading permits are subject to approval by the <br /> other departments. <br /> (7) All grading authorized by the permit shall be <br /> approved prior to issuance of any building permits <br /> or beginning of any construction. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 3 - (SA-91-17) <br />
