A trash enclosure shall be provided and designated on the <br /> Improvement Plan. The enclosure shall be designed to <br /> accommodate all trash receptacles and constructed on three <br /> sides with a solid wall and gated on the fourth side. <br /> 5. All roof-mounted mechanical equipment, tanks, ventilating <br /> fans, or similar equipment shall be visually screened from <br /> view from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way at <br /> grade. The screens shall be architecturally compatible with <br /> the building or structure on which they occur. <br /> 6. The only signage allowed shall be a monument sign. <br /> 7 . Small directional signs and other signs necessary to the <br /> functioning of the business shall be permitted. <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> 8 . The facility shall be enclosed by a solid wall or uniformly <br /> painted board fence eight (8) feet high (pursuant to Sections <br /> 9-7201.f and 9-7301. f) . <br /> 9 . All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas must be <br /> paved and permanently maintained with asphalt or cement. <br /> Bumper guards must be provided where necessary to protect <br /> adjacent structures or properties. <br /> 10. All parking stalls and driveway directions must be delineated. <br /> 11. One loading space shall be provided for each 3 , 000 square feet <br /> of gross floor area. Each space shall be a minimum of 25 feet <br /> in length and 15 feet in width, and shall have a minimum <br /> height clearance of 14 feet. On-site driveways and <br /> maneuvering areas may be used in lieu of one of the loading <br /> spaces as long as maneuvering areas for delivery vehicles are <br /> provided. <br /> KS:KA <br />
