A trash enclosure shall be provided and designated on the Improvement Plan. The enclosure shall be designed to accommodate all trash receptacles and constructed on three sides with a solid wall and gated on the fourth side. 5. All roof-mounted mechanical equipment, tanks, ventilating fans, or similar equipment shall be visually screened from view from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way at grade. The screens shall be architecturally compatible with the building or structure on which they occur. 6. The only signage allowed shall be a monument sign. 7 . Small directional signs and other signs necessary to the functioning of the business shall be permitted. ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: 8 . The facility shall be enclosed by a solid wall or uniformly painted board fence eight (8) feet high (pursuant to Sections 9-7201.f and 9-7301. f) . 9 . All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas must be paved and permanently maintained with asphalt or cement. Bumper guards must be provided where necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. 10. All parking stalls and driveway directions must be delineated. 11. One loading space shall be provided for each 3 , 000 square feet of gross floor area. Each space shall be a minimum of 25 feet in length and 15 feet in width, and shall have a minimum height clearance of 14 feet. On-site driveways and maneuvering areas may be used in lieu of one of the loading spaces as long as maneuvering areas for delivery vehicles are provided. KS:KA
