The purpose of this meeting was to assess the habitat valve of the oak trees for Swainson's Hawks. The DFG will be responding with comments on this field investigation prior to the Development Committee meeting of August 15, 1990. It is possible, that based on the site conditions the Department of Fish and Game may request that 'a biological assessment be prepared prior to any Planning Division ction. Final evaluation of the actual project configuration is / also toO end 1I11LeStlgar i nn wit ter--� Regardless of the outcome of the meeting with DFG, the following conditions of approval will apply to the project, if approved: Conditions of Approval: 1. Seven (7) copies of the Improvement Plan must be submitted to the Planning Division for distribution to the involved County departments. 2 . The following landscaping is required in the open parking areas: a. A minimum 5% of the area must be landscaped. b. One tree is required for each 10 parking stalls, or portion thereof. Trees must be selected from the County' s Approved Tree List. C. A minimum 10-foot-wide landscaped strip is required along the public streets.
