The purpose <br /> of this meeting was to assess the habitat valve of the oak trees <br /> for Swainson's Hawks. The DFG will be responding with comments on <br /> this field investigation prior to the Development Committee meeting <br /> of August 15, 1990. It is possible, that based on the site <br /> conditions the Department of Fish and Game may request that 'a <br /> biological assessment be prepared prior to any Planning Division <br /> ction. Final evaluation of the actual project configuration is / <br /> also toO end 1I11LeStlgar i nn wit ter--� <br /> Regardless of the outcome of the meeting with DFG, the following <br /> conditions of approval will apply to the project, if approved: <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> 1. Seven (7) copies of the Improvement Plan must be submitted to <br /> the Planning Division for distribution to the involved County <br /> departments. <br /> 2 . The following landscaping is required in the open parking <br /> areas: <br /> a. A minimum 5% of the area must be landscaped. <br /> b. One tree is required for each 10 parking stalls, or <br /> portion thereof. Trees must be selected from the <br /> County' s Approved Tree List. <br /> C. A minimum 10-foot-wide landscaped strip is required along <br /> the public streets. <br />
