COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS SA-90-62 4 . Dedication to result in an 84 foot wide right-of-way from the east right-of-way line of McKinley Avenue to the property line shall be required across the frontage of proposed development . 5. The frontage improvement for McKinley Avenue across the developed portion shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half of an 84-foot right-of-way industrial street. The construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage Improvement Agreement prior to approval of the Improvement Plan. (A $250.00 fee is required for processing per Ord. NO. 3337 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and an estimate for the required frontage improvements . The estimate shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Public Works Department and submitted to the Public Works Department for approval . As an option the Department of Public Works will prepare the drawing and estimate for an additional fee of $100.00 . ) 6 . Terminal drainage shall be required . Improvements , restrictions, and permits shall be as required by State Reclamation Board , State Department of Fish and Game, and Regional Water Quality Control Board for discharging storm drainage into North Little Johns Creek.
