The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels . <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where <br /> applicable. <br /> C . Grading in excess of 5 , 000 cubic yards shall <br /> comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements . " <br /> d. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall <br /> be incorporated in the grading plans . <br /> e . All compaction reports must be submitted prior to <br /> a foundation inspection. <br /> f . All grading permits are subject to approval by <br /> the other departments . <br /> 3 . The Construction Site Plans shall indicate the following : <br /> a . Provide parking for the physically handicapped . <br /> The space( s ) shall be located as close as <br /> possible to the primary entrance (C.A.C. , Title <br /> 24 ) . <br /> b. Provide identification signs for the parking <br /> space( s ) including the "tow away" sign at each <br /> entrance or visible from each space (C.A.C. , <br /> Title 24 ) . <br /> C . The slope of a parking space shall not exeed 1/4 <br /> inch per foot (C.A.C. , Title 24 ) . <br /> 4 . Existing elevation certification is required with all <br /> permit applications for structures located within the <br /> 100 year flood zone . <br /> 5 . OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Fabrications for buildings <br /> are to comply with the UBC requirements for the <br /> H-2 occpancies . <br /> JH:as <br />
