Day <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all conditions of approval shall <br /> be complied with prior to the issuance of any building <br /> permits. <br /> 1 . PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> a. An Improvement Plan, prepared by a registered Civil <br /> Engineer, showing drainage, driveway access details, <br /> on-site parking, existing and proposed utility services , <br /> and grading, shall be submitted to the Department of <br /> Public Works for approval. <br /> b. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within <br /> road right-of-way. <br /> 2. LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> a. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Health District prior to <br /> occupancy. <br /> one 16 gallon septic tank <br /> one 100 foot leach line <br /> one 4' x 10' x 10' sump <br /> C. State on revised plans or improvement plans that the <br /> leach field area will be barricaded so it can not be <br /> driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose <br /> only and can not contain any underground utility lines. <br /> 3. BUILDING DIVISION <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> 1. The proposed building shall be provided with an <br /> automatic fire sprinkler system or divided into <br /> areas less than. 6,000 square feet by area separation <br /> walls. <br /> 2. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled <br /> access requirements (C.A.C. , Title 24). <br />
